Mag. Gunther Fuerstberger is a management trainer, author and managing partner of Metaforum and MDI – a global executive development company. His customers include ABB, Abbvie, Boehringer Ingelheim, DHL, Hornbach, PWC and Swarovski. His specialities are leadership and management. Among other things, he has gained extensive leadership experience as Head of Human Resources at McDonald's Central Europe / Central Asia. His professional life mission is personal development. He has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach in adult education since he was 20 years old.
Mag. Tanja Ineichen is project manager of various management and development projects in a large Swiss company (Zurich) and part-time trainer, e.g. at MDI and Metaforum, as well as owner of a coaching practice (www.lateralleaders.net). She has been working in various lateral leadership roles since 2002 and recognizes that there are only a few lateral consulting tools by experienced practitioners for experienced practitioners. This led to her passion for adapting existing concepts and developing new ones together with Gunther Fürstberger. Her professional life mission is to develop the potential of people, organisations and especially of lateral leaders.
